How Do I Sign Up?
1.)
Review the activities in
the Fall 2007 Schedule to determine which will
be of interest to your child, fit
with your schedule, and list only those
activities you will encourage
your child to commit to for the entire
session.
2.) Complete the sign up sheet as
soon as possible and return to Nicole in
the Flagship office, Kris in the
front office, or your child’s teacher.
3.) A confirmation form and
permission form will be sent back with your
child’s
schedule prior to the first class. Please return the permission
form
promptly.
