Through our partnership with MCPS, we strive to bring community resources to Franklin School. Flagship programs currently exist in all Missoula high schools, middle schools and three elementary schools.

Turning Point, a subsidiary of Western Montana mental Health Center, administers Flagship. Working with children during “at risk” hours, year round, we provide programs in mentoring, service learning, fitness, creative arts, and more. We receive funding through a variety of federal, state, and local sources, both public and private. This allows us to offer programs to the children “free of charge”.
