The Franklin Flagship Program is running week long thematic camps this summer.
Camps are divided up by grade level. Please sign up for a camp based on the
grade level your child is currently enrolled in for the 2009-2010 school year.
Priority deadline for enrollment is May 14th. A confirmation will be sent home
the first week in June.
Each camp will include lunch and transportation to and from each
activity daily.
Sports & Splash
July 6-9
12-4pm
Join us for lunch, a quick game of
baseball or kickball and then cool off at a park with a splash deck or
sometimes even Splash Montana!
Grades K-3
Folf
July
12-16 9:30-12:30pm
Go folfing every morning at Blue Mt. or
Pattee Canyon then come back to Franklin for some lunch.
Grades 3-5
Nature Rangers
July 12-16 12:30-3pm
Have lunch at Franklin then join the
Montana Natural History Center at the Nature Adventure Garden for an afternoon
of gardening. Grades

Art July
19-23 10-12:00pm
Have fun creating and working in
different art mediums all week. Grab some lunch at Franklin after.

Explore Missoula
July 19-23 12-3:30pm
Have lunch at Franklin and after explore
some of Missoula’s fun attractions like the carousel, Dragon’s Hollow, hike the
M, geocache and even Splash Montana.

Outdoor Camp
July 26-30 9-4pm
This camp is for hikers only! Each day we
will take a trip and climb mountains. We’ll hike up Mt Sentinel, Skookum Butte,
Morrell Falls and more. (lunch is included)

activities all week, after get some lunch at Franklin.

This class is for swimmers only. Meet at
Franklin for lunch then travel to Splash Montana for an afternoon of swimming
and fun! Grades 3-5
Out in the Field
August 9-13
12-4pm
Join us for lunch at Franklin, and an
afternoon of hands on fun with the Montana Natural History Center, MUD and hikes
up the M and L. Grades
