How do I sign my child(ren) up?
A permission form is required for all students participating in Flagship. Please click here for a permission form.

Summer Olympics Week 1 June 11-15 9am-3pm
2012 is an Olympic year, so go for the gold in this action-packed full-day camp. Try your best at track and field, gymnastics, soccer, tennis, swimming and more. We’ll even have a medal ceremony on the last day! Grades K-2
Discovery Corps June 11-15 9am-12pm
Join Parks and Rec for a week of outdoor adventure in this half-day camp. Each day you will learn a new skill, such as fishing, skateboarding, folfing, or photography! Grades 3-5

Meet Missoula June 25-29 9am-3pm
Explore all the wonderful activities that Missoula has to offer in the summer at this full-day camp. We will have a picnic at Caras Park, learn from special guests, hike the “M”, swim at Currents, go bowling and more! Grades K-2
Folf Camp July 2-6 9am-12pm
Team up with Franklin students in this half-day camp to take on Blue Mountain, Pattee Canyon and other folf courses. We’ll even spend a day at Splash Montana! Discs will be provided. *No Flagship on July 4th* Grades 3-5
Parks Galore July 2-6 12pm-3pm
Make friends with Franklin students at this half-day camp as you play at different parks and splash decks around Missoula. We’ll check out Bonner, Franklin and Westside parks and even splash around at Currents! *No Flagship on July 4th* Grades K-2
Art Camp July 2-6 10am-11:30am
Let your creativity flow! Join Bev from the Missoula Art Museum to create some awesome art! Art Camp will stay on school grounds for the duration of camp. *No Flagship on July 4th* Grades K-2
Outdoor Explorers July 9-13 9am-3pm
Enjoy the outdoors in this full-day camp filled with science and exploration! We will see a live science and laser light show, visit local farms and gardens, hike, explore a wildlife refuge and swim at Splash MT! Grades 3-5
1. Review the summer day camps included in this brochure to determine which will be of interest to your child and fit your schedule,
2. Complete the Sign-Up Sheet as soon as possible. Please contact Katy for a sign up sheet. Return sign up sheet to Katy in the Flagship office/FRC, Rosie at the front desk, or your child’s teacher by May 18th.
3. If you sign up for a camp please make that commitment for the entire week or let Katy know if you would like to cancel. Camps fill up quickly. Please respect there may be waiting lists.
4. A confirmation form will be sent home in late May to let you know which camp(s) your child has been enrolled in.
5. Please make sure to double-check the dates and times of programs.
Parent Info:
~All Flagship programs meet at Hawthorne, but many WILL travel off-site.
~Students MUST have a Flagship permission form completed in order to be enrolled. This is separate from the sign-up sheet and will give your child permission to leave campus for Flagship activities. Katy will send one home or contact you if this has not been completed.
~Please update all contact info.
~Each program includes lunch and transportation to and from activities.
~Space is limited, so please return your sign-up sheet promptly, no later than May 18th.
