1.      Review the available activities in the Fall 2007 Schedule to determine which activities will be of interest to your child and fit your schedule.

2.      Complete the attached “Sign-Up Sheet” and return it to the Flagship mailbox at the Lowell School front office.  

3.      Please note the registration is on a first come, first serve basis!  Your child will be expected to attend all the activities that he/she registered for.  Many classes fill up quickly.  Please respect there may be waiting lists for classes.

4.      A Confirmation Form will be sent home with your child after registration forms have been received. 

5.      Mark your calendars!  After school, your child should meet in the designated classroom for their Flagship activity.

*Children must be picked up in their Flagship classroom at the end of the day, unless they are allowed to walk home. *
