FLAGSHIP INFO

Who...can participate?  All Meadow Hill Middle School students.  

When...does the program operate?  Monday thru Wednesday 3:30-5:00, Thurs. 2:30-5:00.

Where...is the program held? All programs meet after school in the multi-purpose room for a snack and then go to their designated site.

How...does my child get involved?   Fill out the Registration Form (available at Flagship office at MHMS) & any waivers associated with the activity.  Also, please complete the Permission Form so we have your contact information on file.  The permission form will be sent home to students with a confirmation form stating the programs they’re enrolled in.  Return permission forms to the Flagship Office. 

Be Sure…students dress appropriately for their activity: workout clothes for dance, soccer, etc. 

How can you support Flagship?                                                            

· Volunteer for an activity or donate healthy snacks/program supplies. 

· Consider donating your empty computer ink cartridges to Flagship.  Cartridge World (3055 Reserve by TJ Maxx)  donates two dollars to Meadow Hill Flagship for every cartridge we collect.  Drop your cartridges off in the Flagship Office (#210) or the MHMS Main Office.

· Volunteer to drive for a program or one-time event!  Flagship always needs transportation help.  Contact Becky for more information.

· Attend one or both of Flagship's annual fundraisers. Fiesta for Flagship is held every year is March and The Chocolate Extravaganza and Cabaret is held every November.  Please check out the upcoming events page for information on either one of our fundraisers.
