The Homework Zone with Nycole Feb. 11-May 1 Would you like to have a quiet place to finish your homework? Maybe you need a little help with those tricky problems. If so, Homework Zone is the place for you. Respect Club with Heidi & Ellie Feb. 11-April 28 Let’s make Meadow Hill a safer place to go to school! This club will attend a leadership training at the University and create a service project in the community.
Dreams On Paper w/ Pete, Sandy & Emily Feb. 11-March 17 In this winter class you will use watercolors, blow paint on paper through straws, draw with fine tip pens and use marbles as a tool to create your own masterpieces!
American Indian Club, Giselle & Luanne March 31-April 28 In this spring class you will work with beads, play games, make fry bread & learn about American Indian culture.
Fun With Food with Raquel Session One: Feb. 11-March 17 Session Two: March 31-April 28. In this multi-ethnic cooking class you will prepare and eat food from all over the world. New students in each session.
Lacrosse March 31-April 28 Students from Hellgate H.S. will be teaching you this funky sport!

Baton Twirling with Jessica Feb. 12-April 29 Learn baton techniques that include twirling, throwing and dancing with a baton to a choreographed routine.
Spring Gardening with Linda April 1 to April 29 In this spring class you will be planting seeds in our school garden, tasting organic goodies, harvesting garlic, digging in the dirt and making a few snacks.
Scrap-booking with Samantha Feb. 12- March 18 In this winter program students will be provided with the materials and assistance to make their own scrapbook! Donations are welcome.
Super Science Club with SpectrUM Feb. 12-March 18 Science and technology enthusiasts, come join SpectrUM’s Super Science Club! You will paint with light, build mechanized creatures, and design animation. The final week includes a private party at the SpectrUM Discovery Area with interactive exhibits and guided cow eyeball dissections.

Skate Park Session One: Feb. 13-March 19 Session Two: April 2-April 30 Come skate at the FLIPSIDE! You need your own skates/skateboard & helmet. Parents must fill out a 2008 FLIPSIDE WAIVER in the Main Office or Flagship Office (#210) prior to programs starting. All students need to be picked up at FLIPSIDE by 5:45pm. Registration fees will be paid by Flagship but donations are welcome. New students each session.
Winter Gardening & Cooking with Linda Feb. 13-March 19 Prepare recipes made with organic foods and do work in our greenhouse to prepare for the spring planting season.
G.U.T.S. (Girls Using Their Strengths) Feb. 13-April 30 Join other girls for a weekly chat group & fun adventures in the community. For sixth and seventh grade girls only.
Jazz & Salsa Dance with Cassy April 2-April 30 Here’s your chance to learn new moves for the dance floor! This dance class teaches jazz & salsa and will involve a field trip to a dance performance at the University. You will also receive a T-shirt.

Anime Club with Tess Feb. 14-March 20 Explore Japanese cartooning and art, watch anime film and learn about the history of anime in this new winter class.
W.I.T. (Women In Transition) with Alicia & Sentinel Flagship Coordinator Linnaea Feb. 21-May 2 For 8th grade girls, this advanced G.U.T.S. group will play games, eat food, talk about high school, and join female students from other middle and high schools in Missoula to do the High Ropes Course at McCormick Park. Each girl will be matched with a youth mentor from Sentinel High School.
Flag Football April 3-May 1 Play flag football on a team and have fun with your friends! The final day will include a game against Washington Middle School.
Agriculture Explorers with Kellan Feb. 14-March 20 Did you know that Big Sky High School has a working farm and Agriculture Program? In this class you will get your feet wet and hands dirty as you explore animals, crops, floriculture mechanics and travel to the farm at Big Sky High school. Students will be able to join Missoula’s first ever FFA Chapter Discovery Program.

Young Writers w/Kate, Mon. & Thurs. Feb. 11-May 15 Write articles, take photos or do research for The Meadow Hill Mustang, our hard copy school newspaper. You must sign up for both days to participate.
