Impact Statistics

​The Flagship Program’s service delivery model was patterned after the four domains of school, community, peer/individual, and family identified in the risk and resiliency research of Dr. J. David Hawkins and Dr. Richard F. Catalano in Communities That Care Social Development Strategy . These foundational research-based strategies have guided Flagship’s youth development philosophy and expansion throughout its 20-year existence, and here is what it is now producing:

The Flagship Program’s transformative impact is demonstrated by annual results including:             
  • Comprehensive program attendance of 29,515 student participants  
  • Individual participation of 1,674 students
  • 54,005 total hours of student participation 
  • 406 total activities offered
  • 782 volunteers who gave 11,369 hours of service

The Flagship Program is administered by Western Montana Addiction Services, Inc.  a prevention subsidiary of the Western Montana Mental Health Center- 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
