How do I sign my child(ren) up?
Hello! My name is Dave Houck. I am the Youth Development Coordinator for Flagship at Franklin Elementary School. I am originally from Glendive MT, but have lived in Missoula the past 15 years. I graduated from Montana State University with a degree in psychology, then later earned a degree in education from the University of Montana. I’ve spent my time in Missoula working with youth in various ways. I have worked for Missoula Youth Homes for fourteen year, I’ve volunteered for YMCA events often, and I have done much substitute teaching to name a few. I love to spend my time traveling and being active.
I enjoy running (I’ve run the Boston Marathon twice), sports in general and getting out doors. I have been fortunate enough to travel to amazing locations, located on five continents. I am excited to be a part of the Flagship program, and work with the wonderful students and teachers at Franklin Elementary!
