Hello! My name is Kate Emmerich, and I am the new Youth
Development Coordinator for the Franklin Elementary School
Flagship Program. It is with great enthusiasm and joy that I
join the “Bulldog” Family. Although I am new to the Flagship
program, I have had the opportunity to work with children and
families in Missoula for several years. I moved to Missoula as a
member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps after graduating from
Providence College with my BA in 2002. It was this experience
that illuminated my passion for working with youth in our
community. I enjoy art, food, spending time with my husband and
friends, and visiting my family back east whenever I can! I look
forward to creating exciting and diverse opportunities for
students to continue taking part in. I am always looking for
enthusiastic volunteers, so if you are interested in helping
